Chief Executive Officer – Wayne Bryan, Sr.
Wayne Bryan Sr., founder of Macro Doctors, recently stepped
down as the CEO, and founder of Debit Cards International,
LLC, a banking software platform that is currently licensed
out to data and financial processing centers around the globe,
in order to dedicate his time entirely to Macro Doctors. He
is also the founder and operator of Affiliate Customer Loyalty,
a software program that has licensees, of which, one of the
third largest independently owned ACH electronic funds processor
in the United States, processing over 7 billion dollars in
2003. Mr. Bryan is a lifelong entrepreneur and has owned/operated
a variety of business enterprises ranging from a hotel, to
apartment complexes, and a data processing center. Bryan's
background in finance and years of experience with the healthcare
system (on the patient side), as a cancer survivor, led him
to the conclusion that healthcare with its antiquated , error-prone,
paper-laden claims billing processes, needed drastic measures.
Working closely with numerous surgeons and insurance programmers
Macro Doctors was created, and has focused on eliminating medical
clearinghouse inefficiencies by empowering physicians with
the knowledge to deliver through Web-based technology, clean
precise results and direct relationships with payers. To date,
Bryan has kept the company debt free, has stayed away from
venture capital and the burdens that accompany large amounts
of debt. Mr. Bryan graduated from Radford University in 1979
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology
and a minor in Statistics.
Chief Technology Officer - Dr. Donghai Huangfu
Dr. Donghai Huangfu, co-founder of Macro Doctors, with an
IQ and intelligence level that is measured far beyond the
IQ charts we currently use. Dr Huangfu having a medical degree
is the company's namesake, thus "Macro Doctors."
Dr. Huangfu was previously an Applications Analyst in Web
Support Services for Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr.
Huangfu has numerous years experience in programming with
JAVA, C/C++, Perl, XML, JavaScript, VB, ASP, and JSP. He also
has vast years of experience in database design and implementation
with Access, SQL server, Sybase and DB2. Dr. Huangfu has a
working knowledge of Visual Studio.NET, VisualAge, COM+, SAS,
and Photoshop in addition to work experience with NT and UNIX.
Dr. Huangfu received a Degree of Medicine (1983) and a Ph.D.
in Physiology (1988) from the Shanghai Medical University.
Dr. Huangfu has also achieved a Master in Computer Science
(2003) from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Chief Software Architect - Yugang Liang
Yugang Liang co-founder of Macro Doctors who arrived In the
United States, years ago on an eternal academic scholarship,
only given to a handful of the top chinese intellectuals.
He is the Senior ASP and document management systems architect.
Mr. Liang is more than proficient in a variety of web application
development environments including Allaire ColdFusion 4.5,
MS Visual Interdev, MS Frontpage, Macromedia Dreamweaver 3.0
and Oracle WebDB 2.2.and Logistics. He is a master in working
with the mainstream web front-end development tools including
Macromedia Fireworks 3.0, Flash 4.0 and Adobe Photoshop 5.0.
Mr. Liang received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (1992)
from Shanghi Institute of Mechanical Engineering and a Master
of Science in Information Systems (2000) from Virginia Commonwealth
University.

Undergraduate Research in Pharmacology; accepted into Ph.D.
program in Pharmacology at Kansas University; played baseball;
employed by the University as a residential housing counselor
for five years, advancing to senior counselor.
Chief Financial Officer - Paul Speroni
Co-founded PayAmerica, a payroll services organization. Starting
with 2 employees, the company was build into one of the largest
privately held payroll service companies in the country with
over 110 employees, serving the mid-atlantic region. PayAmerica
developed the first totally intragrated payroll and human
resources system in the industry. The company won the Arthur
Anderson Fast Tract award in 1996 for recognition of its consistent
high growth rate and providing superior service to its clients.
The company had approximate $10 million in revenue and was
highly profitable when sold to a publicly traded company for
$36 million in 1998. Mr Speroni a current - advisor, investor
and member of the board of directors to Washington News Network,
a facilities management services company which provides services
to the TV broadcast industry. Mr Speroni is also a Senior
Advisor to Washington Investment Partners, a private equity
firm in Washington, DC headed by Steve Norris, former co-founder
of the Carlyle Group, one of the largest private equity firms
in the country. Mr. Speroni is a 1980 graduate from Radford
University with a business degree in marketing.
